It’s 1988. I’m wrapping up high school in a suburb on Chicago’s North Shore. My friend JP has a barely used Tony Alva skateboard that I’m dying to own. I have no money, so JP trades me for my: Powell Peralta - Mike McGill skateboard, 4 Grateful Dead tour shirts, and a hand made tie dye tapestry.
I skate it for a summer, and leave it in my parent’s basement….until now.
This is a lightly used (in skateboarding terms), full setup with Tracker trucks, Powell-Peralta Bones Three (85A) wheels. Original skid plates, missing tail plate. This rig is the real deal, OG skater rig. All original.
Tough to put a price on it, but time to give it a new home. I know the photos are sparse for now, so please DM me with any questions! - TS
