DIY FB 3d Printed Aggressive Mold (Veneer, Template, and Tape

This is DIY FB's Aggressive shape, our 2nd shape that we introduced.
This is a short and aggressive shape, featuring medium kicks, a short wheelbase, as well as medium concave. Also, this mold has a tiny amount of concave in the kicks, to add to the performance of this shape. The mold itself has a pressing area of 115x36mm which can accommodate almost all board sizes today. Included in the kit is also 2 templates, a 94x32 and 94x34 popsicle shape. There is also a veneer template which is the part with a handle. This template lets you cut your own veneer perfectly to fit this mold. DIY FB molds also feature 8 stainless steel pins in the top half of the molds, to perfectly mark where the mounting holes need to be drilled as well as assist in locking the board in place during pressing.
Molds and templates are 3d Printed with PETG on a Prusa MK3S. PETG is a much more durable plastic than comparable kits printed with PLA. Unlike PLA, PETG doesn't suffer from mechanical creep and has superior layer adhesion, resulting in a much more durable mold.
