It has writing on it. I do not know if it's the artist or what the deal is. I can not verify at all what it says.
In like new condition.
The clear covering on it is lifting in places. It is lifting along the edge and were I have pointed it out.

One of The venders and good friend I buy from got it out of a storage locker.
I thought it was cool. so I got it off of him.
