If I have grossly misrepresented something or just flat out sent you the wrong item, contact me, we'll get it worked out.  I price my items beyond competitively and give free shipping.  I do my best to describe items honestly and completely including any flaws I see. Details of any blemishes and imperfections I notice are included in my item descriptions, usually with an accompanying picture. I'm sure if you spent a hour trying to find a flaw, you would. All of my NEW items came from a shop that was open to the public. People have touched things and some items may show signs of being in the shop. This partial refund thing is extortion. Just send it back for a full refund. Its simple people, don't buy something and then decide you want a better price.
