The book is in very good condition.  76 pages. The successful buyer will pay $8.95 for USPS Media Mail shipping.  Priority shipping is available but will be extra depending on size, weight and destination.   Regarding combined shipping, I charge .75 cents per pound for additional books.  This generally works out to $1.50 extra for octavo or ordinary sized books and $2.00 to $3.00 extra for oversized volumes.  To get the combined rate you should wait until you receive your invoice.
