For all the 80’s Powell Peralta enthusiasts out there, check out this 1st generation skateboard deck from Powell Peralta. This is the Skull N Sword Snubnose Ray Bones Rodriguez Deck, in the yellow woodgrain finish, is a first generation deck from almost 2 decades ago. These decks were scooped up quick and the production numbers were tiny compared to production runs they do nowadays. I have been in the 80’s skateboard deck collecting scene for almost 30 years and the decks have done nothing but go up and up and up. I remember about 20 years ago, I used to order Tony Hawk chicken skulls from China for 200$ new and in the shrink and bonite dragon and bats Cabs for $150… I wish I woulda bought all of them now!
