This listing is for a Pair (2) of Aluminum Washer Pads for wooden Skateboards and Longboards. The Pads go on top of the wooden deck and the screws go through them. Wooden decks start to wear down for many reasons: lots of use, leaving them in the sun or heat, getting them wet, etc. The 4 (four) screws from your trucks maintain the wheels and its hardware attached to the wooden deck, but after time, the constant use starts to take it toll on the board, especially where they are screwed in. Using These pads actually increases the life of a wooden deck by protecting the area where screws go through the deck into the trucks.
***Please make sure you have checked the distance between your screws. These pads are set up for the "Old School" screw setup meaning that they are furthest screws apart if your trucks have multiple holes for screws. The distance between the holes is 2.5" (inches) or about 6.5 cm.
