Vtg 1980s Concave Skateboard Ninja Power 80s Street Ramp Park W/

I can’t even find a picture of this board anywhere else. Rare doesn’t seem to cover it. Please feel free to make an offer! Or tell me if I have some info wrong.
Paint loss on top edge. Lots of wear to top painted graphic section. Bottom side is better but does have significant paint cracking and some loss. Great 80s palm ninja/martial arts motif. All original guards and wheels. Front guard is missing screws and rear guard is missing one nut. It’s got some patina but will still ride or look great on display.
