VTG 1990 Powell Rat Bones Brigade Sweat Pants Red Original Skateboard sz Small FAIR pre-owned vintage condition with no noted holes, but there are numerous small black spots near top waist. They don't show up very well in photos, but they're there--not sure of their origin (could be ink, could be motor oil, not sure). Waistband very stretchy--no drawstring. APPROX.
