wooden fingerboard skateboard Gator mold GM1220H tech finger board

This is a Brand new GATOR GM1220H Finger Board Mold! This is a NEW  design by me AWESOME!!!! Made of a very strong plastic material. we use the Best urethane out there how i know this, is that we have been making molds for over 20 years. This mold has built in ARM like and groves on each end to help locate and The way i built it is to make less stress on the urethane so the ARM won't break, and  you will get a straight alignment every time This is a GATOR GM1220H Fingerboard mold. This mold is made of a high strength urethane (Plastic Resin) that is way tougher than a Bondo© mold. Really the only mold tougher then our molds is a metal mold. All Gator molds are Tougher then any Competitor out there (Except metal molds) and very smooth.  This mold comes with two mold halves. each mold half has a locator arm and a grove on it. to line the halves up straight every time. The mold also has to holes at each end to catch extra glue. There is a  plastic skateboard template to help you locate where the holes need to be drilled. It also comes with complete instructions to get you up and running quickly. overall Dimensions 6" (150mm) long and 1 1/4" (32mm) wide. There is a 1/2 inch flat spot on this baby. This mold makes Medium/Low kicks (20 degrees). with high concave. You can put a 5" long piece of Veneer/wood in this mold.  The decks in the picture do not come with the mold, but were made with a GM1220H mold. You can make your own custom decks!.I design the ARM and Grove. I have also tested the design. it has not broken yet. I tested it against a mold that uses pins as locators and the pins break. Thats why I came up with this design. It works awesome. Plus i use a very tough urethane resin.  If you have any question just e-mail or call.
